Delivery, shipping and returns

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class & Recorded Post. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.

To view shipping costs if you are not from the UK

1/ Simply add the item/s to your cart and click the View Cart/Checkout button (in the purple scroll on the top left hand corner)

2/ Scroll down the page and select your country of residence.  You will now be able to see the correct price for shipping.

No need to register to check delivery costs!

Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight and price tables plus a packaging and handling fee of £1.50. All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically. You will only be charged the packaging and handling fee once per order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of you placing them, however, some items on this site are delivered straight from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 14 days of your order. If you do not recieve your order after this time has passed please get in touch with us.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase because it is faulty or damaged please return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund, and we will reimburse you for postage

If you have changed your mind we will accept a return within 7 working days as long as you return the item/s in their original condition and you pay for the return postage. No postage costs will be refunded in this case.

If you recieve any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition.

Please note that Herbs, Resins & Powders are non returnable.

Returning an item

We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning items to us we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insuring the package up to the value of the item(s)

Delivery address

If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, and we may, at our discretion charge you for return of the products, plus a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
