The Tarot Box is a lovely Beginner's set containing the mini version of the beautiful Sharman-Caselli deck, a book and a layout board. The cute little box measures 9 x 9 x 9cm with the symbols of the four suits printed gold on dark blue background. The cards measure 5 x 8.5 cm, a handy size to use on small tables anywhere. Although the book contains 336 pages, it's only as small as the box, so contents are brief yet concise and to the point.

The book contains a short introduction to Tarot including history and how to choose a deck, how to get to know your deck, explanation of individual cards as well as plenty of reading exercises. Although I'm not a beginner, I still got some new ideas on exercises and other useful information (I mainly wanted the mini edition of my favourite deck). For a beginner, this set is ideal, because the book does not contain too much information, it's easy to read and the cards are well-suited for people with no prior Tarot knowledge.

This is an inexpensive yet good quality Tarot set; a good choice for anyone interested in learning Tarot.
