Incense sticks are a great way to try out new flavours and fragrances, and are a quick and easy way to enjoy your favourite smell. I've got the fabulous Nag Champa Incense - often found in temples and ideal for any Pagan or Wiccan rituals and spells (its burning in my house now - can you smell it??).

You can use incense to relax the body and calm the mind - lavender is ideal for this, or you can apply it for setting a romantic mood - try sensuous Ylang Ylang or Aprhodisia. If you need to cleanse a space or place, try frankincense or dragon's blood Joss sticks.

If you are doing some elemental magick and looking to represent the ocean, try out the fresh sea breeze sticks. To represent earth you could use floral and aromatic Lily or Jasmine or Grass for the fresh out of doors smell! For fire you could use something exotic and spicy like dark musk, and of course all incense can be used to represent air.
